The initial start of Babas Architecture in year 1990 was initiated by building and selling residential housing units. This, however, helped Babas Architecture to pick up a good client base along the way for Architectural Design Consultancy services. Houses for sale were the reason for the introduction to the clients of Baber Mahmood’s architectural sense. From there on, Babas Architecture picked up various prestigious clients for private residences, commercial buildings, remodeling of existing buildings and so on.

BABAS Architecture is an Architecture Consultancy company, solely owned and operated by Ar. Baber Mahmood who got his Bachelor’s degree in architecture from University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, Michigan, U.S.A. He did his ‘A’ levels from Aitchison College, Lahore, Pakistan and ‘O’ level from Sadiq Public School, Bahawalpur, Pakistan. It was a daring jump to go straight to a foreign land after finishing high school at the age of nineteen. Looking back at all these years it all seems definitely worth it. Architecture is an exposure to the world and finding one’s own place in it.

We start with an initial meeting with the client to know the scope of work. Then we prepare a simple agreement outlining the charges and scope of our services. Then the first meeting is held where contract is signed and we start of with detailed discussion with the clients requirements and the timelines.
